Nariño is a mountainous region in Colombia with deep chasms. Its cold temperatures results in the slow growth of its coffee which, in turn, produces additional sugars that lead to an exquisitely mild coffee. There are more than 30,000 coffee producers in this region, each of whom devoutly care for their land and harvest a uniquely sweet coffee.
